Fort Lauderdale- Hollywood International Airport FLL

The Fort Lauderdale- Hollywood International Airport has become one of the busiest airports in the United States ranking at 19th in terms of passenger traffic. It is bordered by the cities of Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Dania Beach. You can access the airport by the US1, 595, and I-95 highways making it easy to get to it. It also provides shuttle transportation to the local train station and the car rental center located in a separate building by the first terminal of the airport. Situated close to the beach, shops, restaurants, hotels and more, there are many things you can do if you have a long layover or some spare time to check out the surrounding areas. It is also minutes away from Port Everglades which makes catching your cruise a breeze if you fly into FLL. A former Naval Base it was home to Naval Aviators and enlisted naval air crewmen. Once closed it was transferred to county control and became the Broward County International Airport. The airport has seen several upgrades and makeovers since that time. It now has 4 terminals and 2 runways. Airlines like Southwest, JetBlue, and Norwegian have made it a focus city. It is also a hub for airlines like Spirit and Silver Airways. The expansion of the 1st and 4th terminals has allowed the increase of international and long haul flights to operate out of FLL. All terminals provide wi-fi allowing those who have some time to surf the internet. It also has many shops and restaurants for those looking for a bite and some souvenirs for the family. Located 30 to 45 minutes away from Boca Raton, it is one the most used airport by our customers. The airport is easy to access and makes it simple to drop off and pick up our customers. There are meeting points that are labeled inside of every terminal making an inside pick up simple as well.
